What utilities are included in my lease?
Rent includes water & sewerage, pest control, and trash removal.
What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved?
Dogs and Cats are accepted; A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per cat and a pet fee of $500 per dog.
What are the income and credit qualifications?
Total monthly household income (gross) must be at least two and a half (2.5) times the amount of the apartment’s rental rate. Proof of income is required. (i.e. pay stubs, tax documents, letters of employment) No unpaid rental related debt, no rental judgments or bankruptcies within the last twelve (12) months. Must pass third party credit screening.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If the apartment is left in a good clean move-in condition, the deposit will be refunded as long as lease terms were met.
How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short term leases?
We offer a 3-18 month lease terms.
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Management’s property insurance does not cover any Resident furniture, clothing or other personal property. Residents are hereby advised to procure renter’s insurance to protect their personal property.
Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
We partner with Cort Furniture to have units furnished based on tenants needs (tenants are responsible for making the arrangements).
If I need something repaired in my apartment, how do I get it fixed?
We offer 24-Hour emergency on call maintenance services available via our after hours phone service or via our website during business hours.
When is my rent payment due? How can I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You can easily pay online via our Resident Portal.
What day am I liable for a late charge?
All rent must be paid by the 5th of the month, on the 6th a late charge will be added. A second late fee is charged on the 11th if rent is still not paid.
Do you have parking?
We have attached, reserved garage parking based on availability.
Does the property offer a fitness center?
Yes, we offer a fitness center including cardio and strength training equipment.
Does the property have a swimming pool?
We offer a one of a kind spectacular rooftop amenity deck and large pool with panoramic city views.
